Overview

Any reservation that can be made on the club’s website can be made with the app as well. Dining Reservations, Courts Booking and Calendar Events can all be registered for quickly and easily.

Required Permissions

  • Club Member

  • Website Account


Accessing Reservations

The app’s home page will have links to the club’s various reservation systems.

  • There is also a Featured Events section where upcoming calendar events will be displayed and highlighted.

  • The Quick Action button by default will contain links to Dining, Courts, and Calendar reservations however the quick action link can be changed.

  • The Menu might also contain links to each reservation system.

Dining Reservations

  1. After selecting Dining Reservations from any of the various links, the current day’s date will be displayed.

  2. The left and right arrows can be used to change days as well as the Select Date button.

  3. If the club has multiple dining rooms, tap Select Dining Room to change the area for your reservation.

    • Any time that is unavailable will be Grey

    • Times that are available for booking will be Green.

    • Existing reservations will be displayed in Blue.

  4. Simply tap a time to open the Book Reservation window or tap an existing reservation window to view and edit.

    • Use the Adults and Children tabs to select the number of adults and children.

    • The date and times are available to

    • Leave the Send Notifications box checked to receive information about reservation confirmations or any changes.

    • Tap in the blank fields under the P1, P2, P3 etc. and the member picker will appear.

      • Search or scroll if the other attendees are club members

      • Select Add TBD if the other attendees are currently unknown

      • Select Add Guest if the attendee is not a current club member

    • There is a field for any comments you wish to leave. Simply tap into the blank space and type the comment.

    • Once finished, select Make Reservation to complete.

  5. Once the reservation is made, it will appear on the member’s home screen under the Upcoming Reservations section.

  6. Member’s can select the View button to view any details regarding the reservation.

Calendar Events

  1. Any event made on the website will appear on the app as well.

  2. The most exciting club events will be highlighted within the Featured Events section. Simply tap on the event to view details and begin booking.

  3. However more events might be available to book. Select Quick Action or Menu and then Calendar to full the full event schedule.

  4. Once an event is selected, there are several options.

    • Select View Flyer to view the event’s flyer

    • Select Register Now to continue the booking process

  5. First, select the Party Size by using the drop down. The sizes available will be limited depending on the event.

    • Select +spouse to add your spouse to the registration.

    • Select +child to add any dependents to the event.

  6. Other members can be added by selecting Tap to Add Attendee

  7. After selecting the add attendee link, members can be searched for, any family members, buddies, or guests can be added by using the various tabs under the search bar.

  8. There might be payment options available depending on the event. Select the dropdown that says No Fee Selected to choose the event payment options. This will need to be done for each event attendee.

  9. There is a field for comments. Simply tap in the blank field and type your comment.

  10. Once finished, select Save Registration.

  11. The reservation will appear on the member’s home screen under the Upcoming Reservations section. They can select the View button to see event details.

Courts Reservations

  1. Tennis, Squash, Pickleball courts can all be booked with the mobile app.

  2. Each club will have different courts reservations available which may be listed under the Quick Action or the Menu.

  3. After selecting the desired link, the current day will be selected.

  4. The left and right arrows can be used to change days as well as the Select Date button.

  5. By default, all courts available will be displayed for each time however the Select Court button can be used to filter down to specific courts.

    • Any court that is unavailable will be listed in Grey

    • Courts that are bookable will be in Green

    • Existing bookings will be in Blue

  6. Simply tap an open court under a specific time to begin booking or select an existing booking to edit.

    • Once the Book Reservation window has opened, the court will be held while making the reservation. A timer will appear in the top left hand corner displaying how long the hold will last.

    • Select the Court field to change courts if desired.

    • Next, select the Party Size.

    • The Date and Times can be changed here if need be.

    • Use the Duration field to change the length of the reservation

    • If the reservation is for multiple members, tap in the blank fields under the P1, P2, P3 etc. and the member picker will appear.

      • Search or scroll if the other attendees are club members

      • Select Add TBD if the other attendees are currently unknown

      • Select Add Guest if the attendee is not a current club member

    • There is a field for any comments you wish to leave. Simply tap into the blank space and type the comment.

    • Once finished, select Make Reservation

  7. The reservation will appear on the member’s home screen under the Upcoming Reservations section.
