Overview

Adjusting your email settings in Mavenlink can make communication easier and keep you up to date on any ongoing project.

Required Permissions

  • Admin

Mavenlink Email Settings

Select Email Settings from the user Settings drop-down menu

  1. Click on the person Icon on the upper right

main Mavenlink app bar

  1. screen and from the dropdown select Notifications Settings.

  2. Once on this screen you can adjust your settings to your liking. Our recommendations are to change them to the following:

  1. Post Notification Emails - Send email notifications about relevant posts only.

  2. Post Notification Frequency - Send email notifications about relevant posts as they occur, and bundle other post activity into a daily digest.

  3. Task Notification Emails - Send relevant task notifications on assignment, date, or status change.

    1. All Posts - Set All Posts to INCLUDE IN DAILY SUMMARY.

    2. Direct Mention Posts - Set Direct Mentions to EMAIL. That way an email will be sent anytime a message is sent directly to you.

  2. Once finished, select Update Settings to save

  3. As a reminder, relevant posts are those that mention you with an@,

  1. @all, private messages, or replies to your posts or conversations.
