Club Members with a member type that has been granted professional services/lessons booking capabilities.
Accessing the Specialist Dashboard
The Professional Services/Lessons Dashboard location may vary depending on your club’s website design, but is typically housed as a link in the dropdown navigation under your club’s Wellness section.
Navigation
Once in your club’s Professional Services/Lessons Dashboard, the Back to Homepage button can be used to return to your club’s website.
From anywhere within the Professional Services/Lessons system, the Back to Dashboard button can be used to return to the Professional Services/Lessons Dashboard.
Information Section
Use the Information section to review the list of services your club offers and to learn more about the specialists of those services.
Service Brochure - The service brochure for your club’s Professional Services/Lessons.
Specialists - Information about the various specialists of those services.
Appointments Section
Use the Appointments section to review your upcoming and previous appointments.
Upcoming Appointments - A list of all your upcoming appointments in chronological order. Clicking on the Details button next to any appointment will display the appointment details; the service to be provided, the date, time, duration, specialist, etc.
Past Appointments - A list of all your previous appointments in reverse chronological order. Clicking on the Details button next to any appointment will display the appointment details; the service provided, the date, time, duration, specialist, etc.
Booking Search Section
Use the Booking Search section to book Professional Service/Lesson appointments for yourself or a family member (depending on how your club has configured their booking rules). Click here for how to use the Booking Search.
Best Practices
Use Past Appointments to refresh yourself on the various services you have received in the past and the specialist of each service.
FAQs
Your club has the ability to custom name their Professional Services/Lessons reservation system (i.e. Personal Training, Golf Lessons, etc.). The dashboard name of “Personal Training” is being used for this training article. You may see a different dashboard name when viewing your club’s system.
Your club has the ability to define a custom label used to to refer to professionals providing services at your club (i.e. Specialist, Trainer, Technician, Therapist, etc). The label used for this training article is “Trainer” but your system may appear differently depending on the label your club selects.
