Overview

  • Members may sometimes need the admin’s assistance adding new accounts or enrolling in Auto Draft. This Guide will walk you through how to impersonate a member from the Paycloud Admin Portal and apply your members payment information to their Paycloud account.

Required Permissions

  • Paycloud Admin

Accessing the Tool

Impersonate Member

Log in to the Back End of PayCloud using the credentials provided.

  1. Select the Users dropdown.

  2. Search for the applicable Member.

  3. Select the toggle to the left of the Member’s name.

  4. Select login to PayCloud.

  1. Click on the Make a Paymenttab and then click on Manage Payment Methods

  1. Click on the Credit Card or Bank Account

  1. Tab and then select Add New Method.

  2. Enter your bank, or credit card, information as prompted.

  3. Navigate to the Auto Draft Account Tab.

  4. Select either the Bank Account or Credit Card you have added on file and click Set as Auto Draft Account.
