Accessing the Tool

Interactive Reports gives you the ability to filter, sort, and group the data using criteria. The available criteria are specific to the information the report contains. The report functions give you the ability to customize date settings, save criteria settings, delete saved reports, and schedule an email delivery. In this section you will learn how to use the criteria and report functionality.

  1. Click on the Interactive Reports Icon from the left menu bar. 

  2. On the Report Overview page, there is a list of reporting categories to choose from, or the User can search for a topic in the top search bar. It is best to keep the topic as broad as possible. If the club wants to see POS sales search for sale.

AR Aging

Displays 3 months of Accounts Receivable based on an As Of Date. Can filter by Types, Groups, and Statuses. Can select an A/R Ledger to view. Can search for a specific Member. Option to Exclude Guest Member. 

To run AR Aging, select the report from the Membership Dropdown,

  1. Select the As of Date.

  2. Choose the A/R Ledgers.

  3. Set the Detail Levelof the report.

  4. Choose the Types.

  5. Choose which Groupsto report on.

  6. Select the Statuses.

  7. If running for a single member, choose that Member.

  8. Select View Report.

In this example we ran the report as of Aug 9, 2023. We chose a detail level of Account so that the report runs fully expanded. We see the Member ID, Member Name, Current Month, and the previous 3 months, and the Total. The breakout will show which AR account the member is aging in as well.

AR Aging Extended

Displays 6 months of Accounts Receivable based on an As Of Date. Can filter by Types, Groups, and Statuses. Can select an A/R Ledger to view. Can search for a specific Member. Option to Exclude Guest Member.

To run AR Aging Extended, select the report from the Membership Dropdown,

  1. Select the As of Date.

  2. Choose the A/R Ledgers.

  3. Set the Detail Levelof the report.

  4. Choose the Types.

  5. Choose which Groupsto report on.

  6. Select the Statuses.

  7. If running for a single member, choose that Member.

  8. Select View Report.

In this example we ran the report as of Aug 9, 2023. We chose a detail level of Account so that the report runs fully expanded. We see the Member ID, Member Name, Current Month, and the previous 6 months, and the Total. The breakout will show which AR account the member is aging in as well.

Credit Book Transactions

Provides a list of all Credit book transactions within a specific time frame. Can Filter by Credit Book Types. Detail down from Member to Transaction. Can search for specific members.

To run Credit Book Transactions, select the report from the Membership Dropdown,

  1. Choose your Date Range.

  2. Set the Detail Level.

  3. If running for a specific Member, choose that Member.

  4. Choose which Credit Book Types to report.

  5. Select View Report.

In this example we ran the report from July to August with a detail level of Transaction to ensure the report runs fully expanded. We see the Primary Member, Description, Date, Ticket Number, Transaction Amount, Expired Amount, Balance, and Expiration Date if one exists. Each Credit Book owned is shown beneath the Primary member.
