Overview
This guide will demonstrate the steps taken to find and edit page and menu titles, add meta keywords and descriptions, search tags, page alias', and more.

Admin Tools - Page Properties
Updated the system to allow a Club Admin to be able to change a page's name.
Use Case: Previously, Clubs had to call Clubessential Support when they needed a page renamed. Now, in the event a Club wants to change a page Title from “Our Story” to “History”, easily do so using this new feature.

Navigate to the page that needs updates, and hover over Admintoolbar at the top left corner.
Under the Configuration list, click Page Properties.
Page Properties
Page Title:The name of the page as it appears in the browser tab.
Menu Item Title: The name of the page as it appears in the website navigation.
Meta Keywords: Series of comma separated words or phrases that aids in search engines in indexing this page.
Meta Description: A brief summary of the pages content which will display in search engine results.
Search Tags: Series of comma separated words or phrases used by the internal site search to query this page.
Page Alias: Alternate or shortened URL for this page.
Disable Indexing: This setting prevents search engines from indexing this page, which will prevent it from showing up in search results.
Best Practices
Reach out to Clubessential Support to rename the title for the following types of pages: calendars, online statements, and single sign-on URLs to third-party websites.

Should I be adding meta keywords and descriptions on private pages?
No, this is not necessary as the meta keywords and descriptions are only used for public searches.
Do I need to fill out the search tags for every page?
No, the search tags are only used by the Clubessential’s internal site search feature. If you’re interesting in this feature, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
