For effective communication with your Members, you need up to date Member Profile information. Especially ; especially important when you cannot see your members face-to-face. Admins can send out a reminder email , based on a Static Group, instructing Members to update their profile on the website and then send along any of the following information if a Member needs help with the processupdating their information and preferences.
