Overview

This guide will demonstrate the steps to uninstall Citrix Workspace App on your workspace.

Required Permissions

  • An account from Citrix.com (optional)

  • Admin access to remove software from device

Accessing the Tool

  1. If you have a Citrix account, navigate to https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX137494 from any web browsers and download the Receiver Clean-up Utility.

  2. Extract the zip and run the “ReceiverCleanupUtility.exe’ as an administrator.

  3. A command prompt screen will appear. Press any key to continue.

  4. Once completed, there will be a message, “Finished, Thank you for your support.”

  5. Restart the device.
