Mobile POS

Check-In

Use Case: Users will now see a “Check-In” tab (when signed in to areas configured for Check-In) from which they can check in Members/Guests, either manually by lookup or by scan/card swipe.

Use Case: Kiosk Check-In functionality has been added to Mobile POS. Members/Guests can check in to an area by either typing in their Member number or by scan/card swipe.

Items

Use Case: Item Lookup by Camera Scanning functionality has been added to Mobile POS. Users running Mobile POS on an Android device or on an iPad within Safari can now use the device’s built-in camera to scan barcodes to add items to a ticket.

 

 

Use Case: Prompt for Quantity on Delete support has been added to Mobile POS. When deleting an item with multiple quantities, Users will now be asked how many of that item they wish to delete.

Use Case: In Mobile POS, items set as “Do Not Display at POS” will continue to not display on the main screengroup or within a category, but if that item is set up as a modifier, it will show up within that modifier’s modifier group.

Reservations

Tee Times & Dining Admin Dashboards

Use Case: In Mobile POS, when viewing the Tee Times tab or the Dining tab, users can now click a button to view the Tee Time Admin Dashboard or Dining Admin Dashboard, where users can make changes to Tee Time or Dining reservations, book new reservations, etc.

Printing Tickets

Use Case: In Mobile POS, when printing a Fire Ticket in an Area set to Reprint Items in Mobile POS, the fire ticket will also display any messages added to any of the items being fired.
