Enhancements

  • Added a default guest type option to the Guest Manager in tee times, which will allow a client to flag one of their guest types as the default that will pre-populate for new guests. Prior to this update, guests would default to having no guest type.

Use Case: If your members add guests of a certain type more frequent then others, set that guest type to be the default for a quicker and easier user experience

  • The Image Explorer is being enhanced with a new edit image interface. Images can be resized, cropped, and edited all within the Image Explorer. Those familiar with the new Email Editor will notice the same enhancements and functionality have been incorporated.

Use Case: Need to resize or edit images once uploaded to the image explorer? You can do so directly within the editor by using the Edit Image option.

Other Features/Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue that prevented form notification emails from being sent when the form is integrated with Paycloud payments

  • Fixed an issue with forms that are integrated with Paycloud payments that resulted in a webpage error when attempting to submit the form as a public user

  • Fixed an issue with the CRM Data View plugin that resulted in a webpage error when viewing a page with the plugin on it

  • Fixed an issue that caused calendar events with multiple time slots to display as full on the mobile site if the max party size is 1 and the first time is booked

  • Fixed an issue that caused the new editor to display the template manager when loading an article that was created with the new editor, instead of taking you directly to the content

  • Fixed an issue that prevented a tee time from being edited by a member if the club is using a lottery template with two different close times, and an admin makes a reservation for a member after the first close time

  • Fixed an issue with the ##POPUPEDIT## snippet on the Courts Admin Dashboard that prevented it from working properly

  • Updated the Save process for linked series of single day calendar events, so that the Save action will also save the new editor email content to other events in the series when that option is selected
