Mobile POS

  • Member Profile Redesign:

    • The Member Details view in Mobile POS has been completely redesigned to include more important member info, larger & expandable photos, easy access to dependent info & more!

      • The member’s email address and phone number are now displayed next to their photo.

      • The member’s Minimum and MAP scores will automatically be displayed.

      • Favorite, History, Preferences and Credit Book buttons have been uniformly sized.

      • A Mobile Ordering button has been added replacing the grocery cart icon.

      • Dependents are listed under the Member’s Profile for easy access.

      • Clicking on a dependent will display their Member Profile in place of the member being viewed.

      • Users can click back and forth between the dependents displaying the Member Profile they want to view.

      • The member’s photo is larger in size and can be clicked to be enlarged further.


  • Create and Delete Member Preference Categories

    • Users now have the ability to create a new Member Preference Category, or delete an existing one, directly from Mobile POS. 

  1. Click on the Preferences button within the Member Profile.

  2. Click Create Preference.

  3. Click the Category search icon.

  4. Click Create Category.

  5. Enter the Category to be added.

  6. Click Save.

  7. The new Category will be automatically populated in the New Member Preference pop-up.

  8. Enter the Preference to be added.

  9. Click OK.

  10. The new Category and Preference will be added and listed on within the Member Preferences.


  • Tab Note

    • Clubs can now manually enter a tab note without swiping a credit card. This allows for easy identification of Guest Tickets in the grids.

Classic POS

  • CE Payments Error Message Improvements

    • When an F&B transaction settled to CE Payments fails to capture funds, the system has been updated to show a more intuitive error message with more detailed instructions informing the user to re-open the ticket, delete the payment, and then swipe the card again or choose a different settlement type.


  • Vendors <$600 on 1099 Summary Report

    • A new setting has been added to the Vendor 1099 Summary Interactive Report that allows users to include vendors with less than $600 of activity if desired.


  • Positive Pay Export/BMO Harris Bank

    • BMO Harris Bank’s upload format has been added to the “Export Positive Pay” option within the Vendor Payment Batch Preview.

Bug Fixes

  • Mobile POS - Hotfixed an issue that sometimes prevented users from splitting tickets.

  • Mobile POS - Fixed an issue where a deleted Employee’s PIN could be used for override actions.

  • Mobile POS - Fixed an issue where users could only add timesheets for clocked in Employees.

  • Mobile POS - Fixed an issue where responses were sometimes recorded incorrectly for negative quantity transactions settled to CE Payments.

  • Mobile POS - Fixed an issue where Modifiers printed out of order, making it unclear which seat they were for.

  • Mobile POS - Fixed an issue where items sometimes showed under the incorrect course grouping on the kitchen prep ticket.

  • Mobile POS - Fixed a problem with Auto Increment Cover Count, where changing the quantity of an Item did not properly increment the Covers.

  • CMA - Fixed an issue where Guest Rooms were able to be booked without a Rate Category, causing a discrepancy with occupancy counts in Guest Rooms reporting. 

  • CMA - Fixed an issue where the “Order to Apply Payments” A/R’s in System Setting could be out of sync with the database “Order to Apply Payments”.
