Enhancements

  • Added the ability to copy/save Dining schedules using Table Top Management with the Save as New Schedule feature

Use Case: When the “Save As New Schedule” feature was released last year, Table Top Management settings were not apart of the settings that were copied. Now they will be.

  • Changed the default “Players to Notify” setting in tee times notifications to “Entire Party,” so that newly created notifications send to all party members by default

Other Features/Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue that resulted in a webpage error when attempting to view/update a member’s GHIN information when the member had an invalid GHIN ID

  • Fixed an issue that prevented administrators from successfully editing transportation preferences or lowering the party size on a multi-time reservation

  • Fixed an issue that prevented administrators from successfully increasing the party size on a dining reservation

  • Fixed an issue in the CRM that prevented emails from being sent to all selected recipients when sending an email to selected records from a dashboard

  • Fixed an issue in Dining that allowed members to change their notification setting when the "Show notification options in member booking window?" setting is unchecked

  • Fixed an issue that prevented some reservations from appearing on Courts/Activities dashboards

  • Fixed an issue that prevented dependents from showing up in Directory search results when dependents were set to display in the directory

  • Fixed an issue with the Court Utilization Report that prevented weekdays from being grouped properly

  • Fixed an issue that caused the “Payment Success” column from appearing in form reports on forms that do not have payments enabled

  • Fixed an issue that resulted in an error as an Admin when attempting to edit the time on an existing tee time reservation
