Mobile POS

  • Bulk Entry (35+)

    • Bulk entry on a ticket is now limited to 100 tickets and has a live counter (x/100) that informs the user every time a person is added to the ticket and live updates

  • Prompted to choose a credit book when multiple exist

    • The System will now prompt users to choose a credit book to use when more than one credit book is set to auto apply

  • Error message when attempting to open a ticket for an area with no table layout

    • The system will now show an error message to a user who is attempting to open a ticket for an area that does not have a table layout configured

  • Notified Icon added for Mobile Orders

    • When a member creates a mobile order and elects to have a notification sent via text or email, the club will now be able to see which orders have been notified

  • Event title will now match the statement description

    • When a member signs up for and is charged for the event through MPOS, the description field on their statement will now match the events name


  • Screen Group buttons must be linked to a resource

    • When attempting to save a screen group that contains a button that is not linked to a resource (item category, item, screen group, modifier, modifier group, etc) the system will now prompt the user to link the button to a resource before allowing them to save.

Bug Fixes

  • Mobile POS - Fixed an issue where the “Breakout Child POS Item With Different Course” would be turned off and item modifiers were still breaking out when choosing an item that acted as an item as well as a modifier

  • CMA - Fixed an issue with Projected Member Billing Annual and various other reports that were timing out

  • CMA - Fixed an issue with Marketing Templates, where creating a new template or editing an old template would cause a javascript bug in the text field instead of text you had input

  • CMA - Fixed an issue where a rental item custom field of type “number” would error out when attempting to have a number with 2 decimal places

  • CMA - Fixed an issue with the Managing timekeeping module timesheet that was allowing users to save a timesheet without specifying a job code and start time

  • CMA - Fixed an issue where ReServe covercount was not incrementing properly according to the actual cover count

  • CMA - Fixed an issue with Pre Bill & Deferred dues Billing schedules where the system was assigning tax based on the cost of the item even when the item was listed as “tax inclusive”

  • CMA - Fixed an issue with ReServe Tax Codes where using custom tax codes that shared the same name as the revenue center, the system would incorrectly parse the name of the tax code item and the revenue from that tax item may end up in the wrong account

  • CMA - Fixed an issue with Yearly Prepaid Minimums where the system would occasionally charge a member the minimum fee multiple times when the minimum was set to have a frequency of “yearly”

  • CMA - Fixed an issue where individual A/R balances in PayCloud were not matching the total statement balance due for the same period
