Enhancements

Added new feature that can allow for the Make a Reservation links to always appear on the homescreen, even when they have upcoming reservations (note: this setting has to be turned on by CE)

The drop shadow in the photo gallery will now only appear if the photo has text overlaid
Added a back button to the Account > My Reservations screen
