This guide will demonstrate how to download the Citrix Workspace App on both Windows and MAC as well as the steps to setup with app on your workspace.

Required Permissions

  • Admin access to install software on device

Download & Install Citrix


  1. From any web browser, navigate to and download the required version.

  2. Locate the CitrixWorkspaceApp.exe, right click and run as administrator.

  3. Click Start.

  4. Accept the agreement.

  5. Click Next, then Install.

  6. Click Finish once the installation completes.


  1. Download the CitrixWorkspaceApp.dmg file for the version of Citrix Workspace app by going to

  2. Locate the CitrixWorkspaceApp.dmg file, run it and then click Allow.

  3. On the Introduction page, click Continue.

  4. On the License page, click Continue.

  5. Click Agree to accept the terms of the License Agreement.

  6. On the Installation Type page, click Install, Continue and then Close.

  7. Locate Citrix Workspace in Finder/Applications and then click Cancel.

  8. *Click Cancel and do not add an account yet.

Citrix Setup

  2. Authenticate on the login screen by entering the domain credential provided by Clubessential; entered as follows: doamin\username and password.
    *Example: cecloud\cmatest1

  3. Click Detect Workspace.

  4. Check Always allow to open links of this type in the associate apps: and click Open Citrix Workspace Launcher.

  5. Once on the main page, click the drop down for Apps on the left and click All Apps.

  6. Click the empty start icon on the Clubessential Back Office app to favorite this app for future use.

  7. Then, click to open Clubessential Back Office

  8. Once the application loads, authenticate to the Clubessential Back Office software with the user specific credentials created by Clubessential.
