Best Practices

  • You can add Clubessential Office to your “Favorites” within the Citrix Workspace app for easy access. Click the empty star icon in the upper left hand corner of the Clubessential Office application to favorite it.

  • Make sure to save all your working documents before restarting your computer during install.

  • When logging out you will want to log out of both Clubessential Office and log out of the Citrix Workspace.

    • Please Note: This closes out the session, but it is important to keep in mind the session may still be active for several minutes in the background. Once you've closed out of Citrix, you'll want to wait several minutes before attempting to log back in, this will assure the network has completely ended the session.

  • If you or your club is experiencing issues with launching CMA, you may have the wrong version of Citrix installed. To prevent the Citrix Launcher from updating, please refer to the Stop Citrix from Updating section of this article.
