Enhancements

MICR Check Printing

  • Within a checking account under the banking tab (general ledger, accounts, banking) there is now a read only textbox that allows you to browse and place a file to override the default vendor check rpx file. If a file is specified, the system will use this to format check printing, otherwise it will use the default vendormain.rpx file

Service Charges with different naming conventions from ReServe can now be synced to CMA

  • Service fees in ReServe now have the ability to be renamed to something other than “Service Charge” so long as the name does not end in “Gratuity” exactly, and the new name will sync back over to CMA and create the associated Service Charge on the invoice

Bug Fixes

  • Mobile POS - Fixed an issue where modifiers that were added to an item associated with any seat number except for “All” would not display the modifiers on the ticket until the process was complete

  • CMA - Fixed an issue where giving an employee the ability to “View” Financial Report Writer also was giving that employee the ability to create, edit, and delete financial reports

  • CMA - Fixed an issue where the statement generation process was incorrectly excluding credit books whose transaction date was the last day of the month

  • CMA - Fixed an issue where editing a mobile pos ticket in cma was erroring out and would not actually open the ticket for you to edit

  • CMA - Fixed an issue where changing the “Type” of a Tax Code Item was not properly triggering a sync from CMA to Mobile POS

  • CMA - Fixed an issue where changing the “Tax Code” for an “Item Category” was not properly triggering a sync from CMA to Mobile POS
