Overview

• This guide will demonstrate how to save documents to a local device when using the Citrix workspace as your hosting service.

Required Permissions

• Admin access to install software on device

Update Preferences in Citrix

1. Navigate to the Citrix Workspace Application icon. 

2. Right Click the Citrix Workspace Application and select Connection Center.

3. Click Preferences.

4. Under the File Access tab, select the radio button “Read and Write” when choosing how to access files on your computer from this section.

Save Documents from CMA

1. Within the desired document in CMA, click the export icon and choose the type of file to export.

2. Double click on your username of the computer

3. Select the folder to save the document in.
