Overview

The Spa Reservation system is used to manage any spa services that your club offers.

Accessing the Tool

  1. As an Admin, you’ll primarily be working with the Spa Admin Dashboard. 

  2. The Spa Admin Dashboard location may vary depending on your website’s design, but is typically housed as a link in the dropdown navigation under your Wellness or Spa section.

Spa Admin Dashboard Overview

  1. The Admin Dashboard is where you will be managing the following aspects of your spa business: setting up the services your spa offers, managing providers and provider schedules, booking appointments on behalf of members, configuring notifications and running spa reports.  There are 3 main sections of the Admin Dashboard. 

    1. Admin Setup: Used to configure the following aspects of the Spa Reservations and Management system:

    2. Scheduling: Used to view scheduled appointments, book appointments, manage specialist/provider’s schedules, run spa related reports, and find spa appointments by member. 

    3. Booking Search: Used by spa management, specialists/providers or receptionists to search for appointment availability by date, time, service and specialist/provider and then booking members/guests according to their preference. 

    From anywhere within the Spa Management system, to navigate back to the Spa Dashboard, click on the dashboard breadcrumb or the dashboard icon.
