Overview

The Professional Services/Lessons Reservation system is used to manage any services offered by professionals staffed at your club offers such as personal training, golf lessons, tennis lessons, physical therapy, etc.

Accessing the Tool

  1. As an Admin, you’ll primarily be working with the Professional Service Admin Dashboard. 

  2. The Professional Service Admin Dashboard location may vary depending on your website’s design, but is typically housed as a link in the dropdown navigation under your Wellness section.

Professional Service Admin Dashboard Overview

  1. The Professional Service Admin Dashboard is where you will be managing the following aspects of your professional service business: setting up the services/lessons your club offers, managing the professionals that will provide the services and their schedules, booking appointments on behalf of members, configuring notifications and running reports.  There are 3 main sections of the Admin Dashboard. 

    1. Admin Setup: Used to configure the following aspects of the Professional Services/Lessons Reservation system:

      • Administrators, Locations and Categories

      • Booking Rules

      • Specialist Controls

      • System Settings

      • Resources

      • Specialists

      • Services

      • Add On Services

      • Notifications  

    2. Scheduling: Used to view scheduled appointments, book appointments, manage specialist schedules, run professional services/lessons related reports, and find appointments by member. 

    3. Booking Search: Used by management, specialists or receptionists to search for appointment availability by date, time, service and specialist and then booking members/guests according to their preference. 

    From anywhere within the Professional Services/Lessons Reservation system, to navigate back to the Professional Service Admin Dashboard, click on the dashboard breadcrumb or the dashboard icon.
