A/B Starts for templates

• Display A/B (start letter) in mobile app for templates with more than 1 start per tee

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue that prevented reordering of the quick action menu 

• Fixed an issue that resulted in only the first time range being shown in Mobile POS (when the tee times schedule has multiple time ranges)

• Fixed an issue that resulted in Beacon notifications not working when force closing the app while biometrics are enabled

• Fixed an issue that resulted in a blank player slot when removing a player from a multi-time reservation when the party is booked with the minimum (usually 5).

• Fixed an issue that resulted in the wrong name being displayed in email notifications when an update was made to a partial tee time by another player.
