Spa - Specialist Dashboard

• This dashboard acts as a streamlined version of the Admin dashboard to be used by the specialists themselves. This allows them to login and view their own schedule and bookings and provides some basic functionality without granting them full admin access.

Spa - Appointment Notes

• We added a note when creating an appointment and adding preferences/notes that will act as a reminder that members WILL be able to see the notes typed.

Spa - Copy & Save Notifications

• This is a new way to clone existing notifications. Previously any new notification would need to be created from scratch every time. While viewing an existing notification, simply select the Copy button located at the bottom and a new notification will be created with “copy” in the title.

Spa - Photos on Confirmation Screen

• On the last step of booking while viewing the confirmation screen, both client and specialist photos have been added.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue that resulted in CRM Campaign Display Issue w/ Apple Mail

• Fixed an issue that resulted in Public tee times- allowing overbooking of a time

• Fixed an issue that resulted in Survey Campaigns Being Sent to Same Individuals Multiple Times

• Fixed an issue that resulted in the Calendar Sync URL for legacy lessons system not working correctly

• Dining Reservations Query Stopping Pulling in Dining Reservations 

• Fixed an issue that resulted in Alternate Intervals not appearing in Course Utilization report
