Accessing the Tool

The Specialist Admin Dashboard location may vary depending on your website’s design, but is typically housed as a link in the dropdown navigation under your Wellness section.

Specialist Admin Dashboard Overview

The Specialist Admin Dashboard is where you will be managing the following aspects of your business: managing specialist profile and specialist schedule, booking appointments on behalf of members, and running reports.  There are 3 main sections of the Admin Dashboard. 

1. Specialist Setup: Used to configure the following aspects of Specialist Management system:

   1. Specialist Profile

   2. Calendar Sync (Coming Soon) 

2. Scheduling: Used to view scheduled appointments, book appointments, manage your schedule, and run specialist reports.

3. Book Now: Used to check your availability based on date, time, and service. You can then book appointments on behalf of members based on their preference.

To navigate back to the Specialist Admin Dashboard from anywhere within the Management system, click on the dashboard breadcrumb or the dashboard icon.

FAQs

• Your dashboard may use a different term than 'specialist.' This is because the Core Administrators (Clubessential Admin) are able to customize the terminology to fit your club. If you see a different term, please know that all the functionality will remain the same.
