Overview
The Mobile App Stats are where a website administrator can go to see how many members are using and accessing the club’s mobile app.

Accessing the Tool
You can access the App Stats page under the Admin Dashboard and selecting Communication>Mobile App Admin. It is used by website admin to track member login and app access data.
General Information
Under the Mobile App Admin Dashboard, you will have the following options:
Lifetime – displays reports that provide data since the implementation of the app
Date Range – displays reports that provide data based on the selected date range
Member Search – find a specific member by using the scroll bar or typing their name in the Search Members field. This will give you access to that member’s login frequency and Tee Times usage.
Reading the Lifetime Tab
The Lifetime tab will track statistics from the time the app was implemented. There are two report types available under the Lifetime tab: Percent of Member Logins and Logins by Operating System.
Reading the Percent of Member Logins Report
The Percent of Member Logins report shows the total number of members at the club. It also breaks down the number of member logins on to the app based on the following data:
No Login – members who have never logged into the app
Unique Logins – members who have logged into the app at least once
Reading the Total Logins by Operating System Report
The Total Logins by Operating System report shows the total number of logins the app has received since implementation. If a member has logged in multiple times, each individual login will be taken into account here. This report breaks down the type of login based on the following mobile device types being used:

Reading the Date Range Tab
The Date Range tab displays data within a given date range. It has one report available – Tee Times by Device. This report will only be visible to clubs that use Tee Times.
To modify the date range in the report, simply:
Change the dates in the date picker tool.
Click Update.
Reading the Tee Times by Device Report
The Tee Times by Device report shows the number of Tee Times reservations by device within the given date range. Please note, this report displays the day the reservation takes place, not the day the reservation is made. It breaks down the number of reservations based on the following reservation methods:

Why do I not see the Date Range tab on App Stats?
The date range option currently only applies to Tee Times. Clubs that are not using the Tee Times will not see the Date Range tab.
