Overview

In order to set up a provider to be able to sync their schedule from the Spa Reservation System to their personal mobile device, the admin must first generate the calendar sync url.

Required Permissions

• Spa Admin

Accessing the Tool

1. From the Admin Dashboard, click the Providers tab.

2. Select the Provider you want to set up with calendar sync.

3. Next to the Calendar Sync URL field, click the Generate button.

4. Save the Provider Profile.

5. The Calendar Sync URL field will then be filled with a url. Copy the url using the copy icon.

6. From here, you provide the provider with the url in one of the following ways:

   1. Send this url to the Provider via email.

   2. The provider can access the url on their own via the Provider Profile on the provider dashboard.

7. The provider will then use the url to sync their calendar.
