Enhancements

• Tee Times - Added support for letters and special characters in the Bag # field.​

• Spa - Added auto-updates to show changes on the schedule while reservations are actively being added or edited from the Admin Schedule without the need to refresh.​

• Spa - Add-ons will now have the options to associate an add-on with a specific duration, provider, item/SKU, price, and the ability to override the price. ​

• Spa - Added a new administrator setting called “Has Access to Admin Setup.”​

• Spa - Added a “View Only” permission for providers where providers will be able to view their appointments, member notes, comments, and admin notes, but will not be able to take action on any bookings. ​

• Spa - Added a new System Setting for Admins called "Allow Specialists to Add/Edit Reservations in the past."​

Website

• Fixed an issue where if a user is a member of a club that is set to Mountain Time zone in Admin Console, they will get a web page error when navigating to a page containing the "User Reservations" plugin.

• Fixed an issue where apostrophes were not displaying properly on the printed tee sheet.

• Fixed an issue where Text (SMS) Messaging was not properly deciphering apostrophes or other special characters. ​

Spa

• Fixed an issue when editing where the party members will not appear on the details screen unless something in the search criteria was changed, or the time was changed, as part of the editing process.   

• Fixed an issue where admins/providers were not able to edit the Member Notes for the reservation if there were charges associated. Admin Notes and Member Notes can both be edited after the fact even if charges are associated.  

• Fixed an issue where you were unable to edit a specialist if they were associated at one point with a service or category that has since been deleted.  

• Fixed an issue when a service is changed in the admin schedule, Mobile Point of Sale was showing the name of the new service correctly, however, the amount in Mobile Point of Sale was still associated with the previous service.
