Overview
In this guide we will cover the Room Departure List, Room Guest List, Rooms Sold, and Sales Forecast reports for Guest Rooms. You will learn how to run each report and will see an example of the data that each report will produce.

Interactive Reports
Accessing the Tool
Interactive Reports gives you the ability to filter, sort, and group the data using criteria. The available criteria are specific to the information the report contains. The report functions give you the ability to customize date settings, save criteria settings, delete saved reports, and schedule an email delivery. In this section you will learn how to use the criteria and report functionality.
Click on the Interactive Reports Icon from the left menu bar.Â
On the Report Overview page, there is a list of reporting categories to choose from, or the User can search for a topic in the top search bar. It is best to keep the topic as broad as possible. If the club wants to see POS sales search for sale.
Room Departure List
Provides a list of all room departures by date based on a specific date range with the ability to filter by Check Out Date
To run the Room Departure List, choose the report from the Guest Rooms Dropdown,
Select the Date Range.
Choose whether to include Check in Only or not.
Select View Report.
In this example we ran the report for 3 months and chose not to include Check ins. We see the Date, Folio Number, Room, Occupants, Method of Pay, and Balance due.

Room Guest List
Displays the guest's information based on a specific date range including the following information: Occupant Name, number of adults and children, arrival and departure dates, created and last modified dates, rate, ADR, and Adjusted Rate with the ability to hide rate information.Â
To run the Room Departure List, choose the report from the Guest Rooms Dropdown,
Choose the Date Range.
Choose whether to Hide Rate Information or not.
Select View Report.
In this example we chose not to hide the rate information for the rooms. We see the Room, Confirmation number, Folio Number, Occupants (Early/Late Checkout), A, C, Arrival Date, Departure Date, Who last modified the reservation, who created the reservation, the Rate, the ADR, Adjusted Rate, Rate Category, and Stay Type.
In this example we chose to hide the rate information for the rooms. We see the Room, Confirmation number, Folio Number, Occupants (Early/Late Checkout), A, C, Arrival Date, Departure Date, Who last modified the reservation, and who created the reservation.
Rooms Sold
Provides a list of all rooms sold within a 17 day window based on a specific start date organized the list by Room Type in alphabetical order.
To run Rooms Sold, choose the report from the Guest Rooms Dropdown,
Choose the Date.
Select View Report.
In this example we ran the report for 6/1/2023. The Report Shows us the Room Type as rows and the 2 week time frame for the columns.
Sales Forecast
Provides an overview of Daily Sales for a given time range with the ability to filter or group by Room Type and can be ran for a future date range.
To run the Sales Forecast, choose the report from the Guest Rooms Dropdown,
Choose your Date Range.
Choose the Room Types.
Select View Report.
In this example we ran the report for 1 week and chose to include all room types. We see the Date, how many Arrivals, how many Departures, how many Rooms Sold, % Occupancy, Actual Revenue, and ADR.
