Enhancements

• Spa – The top of the application from the Schedule View is now “frozen” so that the dates, provider, and resource names, etc. stay in view when scrolling down. Removed extra white space from the top of the Schedule View. 

• Spa – The selected specialist on the schedule view will remain selected after scrolling to another date. 

• Spa – Added a “Today” button to the top of the Schedule View navigation. 

• Spa – Staff members are available under the Client dropdown when booking a reservation. 

• Spa – Guest contact information now displays when viewing a reservation from the schedule. 

• Spa – Categories can now be set to appear in certain colors on the Schedule View. 

• Spa – Adjusted notification behavior to prevent note edits, check-ins, and confirmations from generating an update email notification.

• Fixed an issue that resulted in Scheduled Notifications not being sent. 

• Fixed an issue that resulted in Event Manager not showing all time slots when more than one slot existed at the same time.

• Fixed an issue that resulted in some recurring reservations with no end date erroneously showing a paid status if the original reservation was paid.   

• Fixed an issue that resulted in the right arrow on the Schedule View not being visible if the last specialist’s name was too long. 

• Fixed an issue resulting in latency when using the Booking Search. 

• Fixed an issue that resulted in an error when admins were trying to schedule a recurring reservation outside of the booking rules. 

• Fixed an issue that prevented Admins from scheduling in Unavailable Schedule times.
