Overview
In this guide we will cover the MAP Score Summary, Member Address Labels Avery and Dymo, and Member Address Reports. You will learn how to run each report and will see an example of the data that each report will produce.

Accessing the Tool
Interactive Reports gives you the ability to filter, sort, and group the data using criteria. The available criteria are specific to the information the report contains. The report functions give you the ability to customize date settings, save criteria settings, delete saved reports, and schedule an email delivery. In this section you will learn how to use the criteria and report functionality.
Click on the Interactive Reports Icon from the left menu bar.
On the Report Overview page, there is a list of reporting categories to choose from, or the User can search for a topic in the top search bar. It is best to keep the topic as broad as possible. If the club wants to see POS sales search for sale.
MAP Score Summary
Provides a summary of all Member analytical information based on a specific Month Range with the ability to filter by Member Type. Select a score trend of Increased, Decreased, Remained within 0%-5%, or all. Select to group by Member Type, % Change, Score, or None. Select a percentage Greater than, Less than, Equal To or All. Select scores Greater Than, Less Than, Equal to, or All to a desired amount. Option to Filter by Join Date Between range.
To run MAP Score Summary, select the report from the Membership Dropdown,
Establish the Date Range.
Choose the Member Type/s.
Choose the Scores to see.
Set the Group By.
If you wish, Filter by Join Date.
Set the Score Trend.
Choose the Percentages.
Select View Report.
In this example we ran the report with a date range of August to September 2023. We are looking for scores greater than 50 with an increase greater than 5%. The report shows us the Member, Member Type, % Change, Score, and Join Date.
Member Address Labels Avery and Dymo
These are actually two different reports in CMA but have the exact same options. They are for different label types. Can filter by Member Type, Members, and Member Statuses. Can search for a specific Group. Can select member profile address fields of Member Name, Street 1, Street 2, Street 3, Street 4, City, State, Zip Code, County, Country, Member Number, or Member Type to include in the label. Can select an Address Category to print. Sort by options include Member Name, Member Number, Street 1, Street 2, Street 4, City, State, Zip Code, County or Country. Select a font size of 10pt (6 lines max), 12pt. (5 Lines max), or 14pt. (4 Lines max). Select a Display name that comes from the Membership portion of the member's profile. Select a notification type. Option to Exclude Guest Member.
To run Member Address Labels, select the report you want from the Membership Dropdown,
Select the Member Types.
Choose the Groups to report.
Set the Sort By.
Choose the Notification Types.
Choose specific Members if needed.
Set the Fields to print.
Set the Font Size.
Choose the Member Status.
Select the Address Categories.
Choose the Display Name.
Select View Report.
Member Addresses
Provides a list of all Member physical addresses with the ability to filter by Member Type, Member Group, Member Status and Address Category. Can group by Notification type. Option to exclude guest member.
To run Member Addresses, select the report from the Membership Dropdown,
Choose the Member Type/s.
Select the Member Group/s.
Set the Member Status.
Choose the Address Categories to display.
Choose the Notification Type.
Select View Report.
In this example we ran the report for our Social member type with the member group of Hole in One. We are looking only for active members who have an address marked for statement. We see the Member, Address Category, Street 1 and Street 2, City, State, County, Zip, and Country.
