Overview

  • In this guide we will cover the Member Voucher Transactions, Members with Zero Spend, Membership Sales Analysis Reports. You will learn how to run each report and will see an example of the data that each report will produce.

Accessing the Tool

Interactive Reports gives you the ability to filter, sort, and group the data using criteria. The available criteria are specific to the information the report contains. The report functions give you the ability to customize date settings, save criteria settings, delete saved reports, and schedule an email delivery. In this section you will learn how to use the criteria and report functionality.

  1. Click on the Interactive Reports Icon from the left menu bar. 

  2. On the Report Overview page, there is a list of reporting categories to choose from, or the User can search for a topic in the top search bar. It is best to keep the topic as broad as possible. If the club wants to see POS sales search for sale.

Member Voucher Transactions

Details all Voucher transactions within a given Date Range. Can filter by Member Type and Voucher. Detail down from Member to Transaction. Can group by Member or Voucher. Option to only show Vouchers with X or less quantity remaining. Radial button option for Show vouchers sold in this date range, show vouchers redeemed in this date range, or show vouchers sold or redeemed in this date range. 

To run Member Voucher Transactions, select the report from the Membership Dropdown,

  1. Set the Date Range.

  2. Select the Member Type/s.

  3. Set the Detail Level.

  4. Choose the Voucher/s to report.

  5. Set how to Group By.

  6. Choose what to show for the report.

  7. Select View Report.

In this example we ran the report for one month with a detail level of Transaction and have chosen to show vouchers sold or redeemed in the date range. We see the Member Number, Name and Voucher Pack, Member Type, Date Issued with Redeemed Dates, Expiration Dates, $ issued, $ Redeemed, $ Remaining, Vouchers Issued, Vouchers Redeemed, and Vouchers Remaining.

Members With Zero Spend

Provides a list of members with zero spend for a set Date Range. You can choose to include members with $0 charges and is filterable by Member Types and Areas.

To run Members With Zero Spend, select the report from the Membership Dropdown,

  1. Set the Date Range.

  2. Choose the Member Type/s.

  3. Set the Area/s.

  4. Select View Report.

In this example we ran the report for the month of September 2023 for all member types and areas. We see the Member Number and Member Name.

Membership Sales Analysis

Provides a list of all sales by account based on a specific date range with the ability to filter by Department.

To run Membership Sales Analysis, select the report from the Membership Dropdown,

  1. Set the Date Range.

  2. Choose the Department/s.

  3. Set the Detail Level.

  4. Select View Report.

In this example we ran the report for one week with a detail level of Transaction so that the report runs fully expanded. We see the Account Number, Account Name, Transaction Date, Batch, and Amount.
