Overview
In this guide we will cover the Member Minimum Activity, Member Minimum Activity SC, and Member Notes Reports. You will learn how to run each report and will see an example of the data that each report will produce.

Accessing the Tool
Interactive Reports gives you the ability to filter, sort, and group the data using criteria. The available criteria are specific to the information the report contains. The report functions give you the ability to customize date settings, save criteria settings, delete saved reports, and schedule an email delivery. In this section you will learn how to use the criteria and report functionality.
Click on the Interactive Reports Icon from the left menu bar.
On the Report Overview page, there is a list of reporting categories to choose from, or the User can search for a topic in the top search bar. It is best to keep the topic as broad as possible. If the club wants to see POS sales search for sale.
Member Minimum Activity
Provides a list of Member minimum to spend, how much spent, and how much unspent based on a start date. Can filter by Groups and Types. Can specify a minimum unspent, search for a specific member and detail down from Member to Item. Option to Include Pending.
To run Member Minimum Activity, select the report from the Membership Dropdown,
Choose the Start Date.
Set the Minimum Unspent you wish to see.
Select the Group/s.
Choose the Member if running for a specific one.
Choose the Type/s.
Set the Detail Level.
Select View Report.
In this example we ran the report Starting 9/27/2023 with a detail level of Minimum. We see the Member, the Minimum they are in, The Minimum to Spend, Minimum Spent, and Unspent.
In this example we ran the report with a detail level of Item so that the report shows us not only the minimum data, but all transactions that applied to the member’s minimum. If you do not see a transaction here that you expect, it would mean the item is not set within the minimum to count towards the minimum.
Member Minimum Activity SC
Provides of list of Member minimum to spend, how much spent, service charge included, and how much unspent within a time range. Can filter by Groups and Types. Can specify a minimum unspent, search for a specific member. Option to Include Pending and Export.
To run Member Minimum Activity SC, select the report from the Membership Dropdown,
Set the Date Range.
Set the Minimum Unspent.
Choose the Member if running for a specific one.
Choose the Group/s.
Select the Type/s to report.
Set the Detail Level.
In this example we ran the report with a detail level of Minimum. We see the Member Number, Member Name and their Minimum, the Minimum to Spend, Minimum Adjustment (if one has been done on their Member Profile),Current Service Charge Spent, Item Price Spent, Unspent, Period Credit (Used for pre-paid minimums).
Member Notes
The Member Note report will allow the user to quickly view all notes associated to a member’s profile. Filterable by Categories, Member Statuses, Member Groups, and Member Types.
To run Member Notes, select the report from the Membership Dropdown,
Choose the Categories.
Set the Detail Level.
Choose the Member Statuses.
Select the Member Group/s.
Choose the Member Type/s.
Select View Report.
In this example we ran the report with a detail level of Note. We see the Note Category with the Member, Note Name, and Note.
