Overview
In this guide we will cover the Outstanding Banquets Deposits and Provider Sales Reports. You will learn how to run each report and will see an example of the data that each report will produce.

Accessing the Tool
Interactive Reports gives you the ability to filter, sort, and group the data using criteria. The available criteria are specific to the information the report contains. The report functions give you the ability to customize date settings, save criteria settings, delete saved reports, and schedule an email delivery. In this section you will learn how to use the criteria and report functionality.
Click on the Interactive Reports Icon from the left menu bar.Â
On the Report Overview page, there is a list of reporting categories to choose from, or the User can search for a topic in the top search bar. It is best to keep the topic as broad as possible. If the club wants to see POS sales search for sale.
1099 Summary
Provides a summary of all Vendors to receive 1099's for the fiscal year. Select a tax form.
To run 1099 Summary, select the report from the Vendor Dropdown,
In this example we ran the report for the tax form 1099-NEC for the year 2023. We see the Vendor, Recipient listed on the vendor, Tax ID Number, and Amount (invoices that are marked as this 1099 type).
Accounts Payable Reconciliation
Provides a list of all Vendors with posted invoices and credits/payments within a date range.
To run Accounts Payable Reconciliation, select the report from the Vendor Dropdown,
Set the Date Range.
Choose the Detail Level.
Select View Report.
In this example we ran the report for the month of September and set the detail level to Activity so that the report ran fully expanded. We see the Vendor Number with the Invoice Reference number, The Vendor Name with the Batch and Post date, The Invoice Posted, Credits/Payments, and Net Change.
Aged Open Invoices
Provides a list of Open Vendor Invoices up to 46+ Days. based on an "As Of" Date. Choose a date filter (Either when the Batch was posted or the Invoice brought in). Choose an Aging Interval either 15, 20, 45, or 60 days. Filter By Vendor Categories and Vendors. Option to Print Each Vendor on a New Page.
To run Aged Open Invoices, select the report from the Vendor Dropdown,
Set the As Of Date.
Choose the Aging Interval.
Set the Detail Level.
Set a Date Filter.
Choose the Vendor Categories.
Choose the Vendor/s if only reporting specific ones.
Select View Report.
In this example we ran the report with an As of Date of 10/3. We are filtering by Batch Date and see the Vendor Account, Vendor Name, Batch Date, Due Date, Total, Discount, Current, 1 to 15 Days, 16 to 30 Days, 41 to 45 Days, and 46+ Days open.
