Outstanding Vouchers Report Dynamic Group Logic

• It was found that the Outstanding Vouchers Report was handling its dynamic group logic in a way causing it to add members who did not meet the dynamic group’s criteria. We have updated the way it functions to now mirror the Outstanding Gift Card and Credit Book reports. There are no images to show as this was a coding issue.​

• The Transactions by Tender Type Report Now Displays Mobile POS Ticket Numbers 

Sales by Tender Type Report

• The Sales by Tender Type Report Now Displays the Device Linked to a Mobile POS Ticket as the “Terminal”

Ticket Audit Report Update

• The Ticket Audit Report Now Displays the Staff Member Associated with the Override Pin Used When an Item is Sold Below 0 Qty ​

• When a user without permission to sell below 0 qty, attempts to sell an item below 0 qty, and an override code is provided to allow the sale. The system now logs the override code used and displays the user associated with that code in the ticket audit report the same way it displays the person linked to the override codes used in other scenarios

Table Seat Names on Ticket Templates

• We are Implementing the Table - Seat Name Ticket Template Element ​

• We have now implemented the ticket template element “table - seat name” in MPOS. This was already coded for Classic POS, it will now work in Mobile.

Kiosk Check-in Access

• Excluded Member Types are no Longer Allowed to Check in on Kiosks. Now, if a member is part of an excluded member list for an area, they will no longer be able to check in and utilize the kiosk through MPOS.
