Overview

The Club Intelligence solution will allow clubs to gain quick insights and reporting metrics that will leverage the power of the Clubessential suite, wherever they are. With dashboards specifically designed to support the needs of General Managers, Membership Directors, F&B Managers, Golf Pros, Controllers and more, this solution will allow for at-a-glance mobile and/or desktop reporting of the most sought after and desired metrics required to improve Member relationship management as well as manage Club operations. 

Required Permissions

  • Club Intelligence Admin 


Accessing the Tool

  1. From your club website, go to the Admin Bar. 

  2. Select Club Intelligence. 

Club Intelligence General Navigation

When accessing Club Intelligence you will be primarily using the following features:

  1. Dashboards – select the Dashboard you would like to view on this left-hand column. 

  2. Analytics – This tab is where you will view the data visualization reports for your club. 

  3. Pulse – The Pulse tab is a centralized location where you can stay on top of your most important KPIs across multiple dashboards and set pulse alerts on these KPIs. 

  4. Admin – This is where users, user groups, persona groups, and their associated permissions will be set up. 

  5. Expand/Collapse Arrow – Use this to open and close the dashboard/filter window as needed.
