Enhancements

 

  • Spa – Mobile UI enhancements were made for member booking.

  • Spa – The system will automatically select a service for the user when using Booking Search if there is only one service set up in the system.

  • Spa – “Unavailable” text in the Schedule View was made darker.

 

  • Spa – “Add on Items” is now called “Add on Services.”

 

  • Spa – Increased the size of Specialist photos in the Specialist Directory that appears on the Member Dashboard.

 

  • Spa – Using the Back button from the Member Directory when viewing upcoming or past appts will return the user to the member’s profile as opposed to the Member Directory home page.

Website

  • Fixed an issue that resulted in unsubscribed emails erroneously being displayed as “Sent” in mail reporting. 

  • Fixed an issue that resulted in the Menu Details screen non populating data after 11/20/23. 

  • Fixed an issue that resulted in inaccurate data in the Total Rounds Summary Report. 

  • Fixed an issue that resulted in the “Pay Bill” text in OMS being difficult to read from an iPad. 

  • Fixed an issue that resulted in users being unable to book the same member for more than one court reservation when it should be allowed. 

  • Fixed an issue that resulted in Calendar colors on the website not displaying correctly for members when an external flyer was used for the calendar event. 

  • Fixed an issue that resulted in the wrong hole number being displayed when the booking window opened while booking multiple tee times with a shotgun start. 

  • Fixed an issue that resulted in the booking window not opening for waitlisted dining special when opened from the calendar. 

  • Fixed an issue that resulted in the start date of a multi-day event being displayed as 1900 in the CRM. 

  • Fixed an issue that resulted in crossovers not working on the site for secondary reservations booked during the same time slot. 

  • Fixed an issue that resulted in the CTA buttons being cut off in the Tee Times Booking window in Classic POS when the res included 10 or more players. 

  • Fixed an issue that resulted in attendees sometimes appearing in the incorrect order in MPOS, which resulted in the incorrect member being charged for TBA’s or guests. 

Spa/Professional Services

  • Fixed an issue that resulted in a blank confirmation screen when an add-on service was included with the reservation. 

  • Fixed an issue that resulted in users needing to double click to perform actions from the schedule. 

  • Fixed an issue that resulted in users being unable to add additional party members to reservations when editing from the schedule view. 

  • Fixed an issue that resulted in “View Only” specialists having access to reservation actions from the multi-service booking hub. 

  • Fixed an issue that resulted in the “See in Schedule” feature displaying the previous member’s name after switching members on the reservation. 

  • Fixed an issue that resulted in Categories and Services not associated with a Specialist being displayed as options when booking.
