Budget Projection Tool

• We have added a new “for” setting within the “more options” section of the budget projection tool in General Ledger>Budgets.  This will allow a user to select “income”, “expense” or “all” accounts when copying budgets from previous years. 

Sales by Tender Type Report Now Includes Checks

• We have updated the “folio” column in the Interactive Report for Point of Sale to read as “folio/check” and pull in any folio or check settlement data for POS transactions.  Ther report will not distinguish between folio and check, users will need to look at the transaction to determine which settlement was used.   

Bug Fixes

• CMA – We fixed an issue where the quick-add button in various places was not working since the 64 bit update.  For example, if a user was looking up a ledger type to add to an account and attempted to quick-add a new ledger type, the user would get an error message.  This will no longer occur.   

• CMA – We fixed an issue where the system would sometimes prevent a user from deleting a completed bank rec (reopening it) even though there wasn’t an existing bank rec for that account. (system believed there was) 

• CMA – We fixed an issue where the guest rooms confirmation email was not respecting adjusted rates and was instead sending the default rate
