Enhancements
Accordions
As a club admin I can edit the items in an accordion. Additionally, I can add new items that contain editable html sections and remove items I no longer need.
Use Case: Previously, Club Admins were not able to edit accordions. With this release, Club Admins can now edit/modify their accordions without contacting Clubessential. For complete training on this topic, please go here.
Directory
The State field in the member profile is now limited to 2 digit state abbreviation if the club is using Office accounting.
Use Case: Previously, the free form field did not restrict entry to 2 digits, and therefore, created integration inconsistencies.
Website mail can now be configured to send from the clients authenticated SMTP service instead of only through Clubessential service.
Use Case: Previously, email delivery services other than Clubessential’s were unavailable. Now, use services such as Sendgrid to integrate with Clubessential’s email system.
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue with form email field validation. The form was only performing client side evaluation so we added server side evaluation.
Fixed an issue with the Image Explorer that would cause it to remain on the search page when the user searched for images and then later changed the image type dropdown.
Formbase - Fixed an issue with HTML being used in Question / Section formula builder.
