Accessing the Tool

The Provider Admin Dashboard location may vary depending on your website’s design, but is typically housed as a link in the dropdown navigation under your Wellness or Spa section.

Provider Admin Dashboard Overview

The Provider Admin Dashboard is where you will be managing the following aspects of your spa business: managing provider profile and provider schedule, booking appointments on behalf of members, and running spa reports.  There are 3 main sections of the Admin Dashboard. 

1. Provider Setup: Used to configure the following aspects of Provider Spa Management system:

   1. Provider Profile

   2. Calendar Sync (Coming Soon) 

2. Scheduling: Used to view scheduled appointments, book appointments, manage your schedule, and run provider reports.

3. Book Now: Used to check your availability based on date, time, and service. You can then book appointments on behalf of members based on their preference.

From anywhere within the Spa Management system, to navigate back to the Provider Admin Dashboard, click on the dashboard breadcrumb or the dashboard icon.
