Overview

This guide will demonstrate how to download the Citrix Workspace App on both Windows and MAC as well as the steps to setup with app on your workspace.

Required Permissions

  • Admin access to install software on device

Download & Install Citrix

For Windows

  1. From any web browser, navigate to  https://www.citrix.com/downloads/workspace-app/ and download the required version.Locate

  2. Under Find Downloads dropdown, select Citrix Workspace App.

  3. Expand the Workspace app for Windows Current Release section and click on Citrix Workspace app for Windows.

  4. Click on the Download Citrix Workspace app for Windows button.

  5. After the file is downloaded, locate the CitrixWorkspaceApp.exe , right click file. Right click on it and run as administrator.

  6. Click Start.

  7. Accept the agreement and click Next.

  8. Click Next, then Install.

  9. Click Finishonce the installation completes.

MAC

  1. Download the CitrixWorkspaceApp.dmg file for the version of Citrix Workspace app by going to You must restart your computer to complete the install. Select Yes to restart your computer.

For MAC

  1. From any web browser, navigate to  https://www.citrix.com/downloads/workspace-app/Locate

  2. Under Find Downloads dropdown, select Citrix Workspace App.

  3. Expand the Workspace app for Windows Current Release section and click on Citrix Workspace app for Mac.

  4. Click on the Download File button.

  5. After the file is downloaded, locate the CitrixWorkspaceApp.dmg file , and run it. Select Install Citrix Workspace and then click Allow.

  6. On the Introduction page, click Continue.

  7. On the License page, click Continue.

  8. Click Agree to accept the terms of the License Agreement.

  9. On the Installation Type page, click Install, then clickContinueand thenClose.

  10. Locate Citrix Workspace in Finder/Applications and then click Cancel.

  11. *Click Canceland do not add an account yet on the Add Account screen.

Logging into Citrix

Setup

  1. Navigate to https://clubessential.cloud.com.

  2. Authenticate on the login screen by entering the domain credential provided by Clubessential; entered as follows: doamindomain\username and password.
    *Example: cecloud\cmatest1
    Please note: Click here for instructions to enable two-factor authentication within Citrix.

  3. Click Detect Workspace.

  4. Check Always allow clubessential.cloud.com to open links of this type in the associate apps: and then click Open Citrix Workspace Launcher.Once on the

  5. main You are now logged into the Citrix Workspace app. You will use this app to access your Clubessential Office application (CMA). If you are ready to access your Clubessential Office application (CMA), please follow the steps below for logging into CMA.

Logging into CMA from the Citrix Workspace App

  1. From the main Citrix Workspace app page, click the drop down for Apps on the left and then click All Apps.

  2. Click the empty start icon on the Clubessential Back Office app to favorite this app for future use.

  3. Then, click to open Clubessential Back Office. 

  4. Once the application loads, authenticate to the Clubessential Back Office software with the user specific credentials created by Clubessential.

Best Practices

  1. and then click Clubessential Office to open the application.

  2. You will immediately be taken to the Clubessential Office authentication screen. Your username and password will be different than what you used to login to the Citrix Workspace app. Clubessential will provide you with your credentials once ready. Enter your Username and Password and click Login.

Best Practices

  1. You can add Clubessential Office to your “Favorites” within the Citrix Workspace app for easy access. Click the empty star icon in the upper left hand corner of the Clubessential Office application to favorite it.
