Overview
The Provider Specialist Profile allows providers specialists to independently configure fields pertaining to their individual profile, if enabled by the administrator.

Accessing the Tool
Access the Provider Specialist Profile under Provider Specialist Setup from within the Admin Dashboard.
ProviderSpecialist Profile - Basic Information
Within the Provider Specialist Profile, you will be able to view and edit (if enabled) the following general information fields:
First Name and Last Name (predefined and set by the Spa Administrator)
Display Name: How your name will appear throughout the spa system
Email Address (required field)
Add Photo: Click the + Add Photo button to upload a picture of the specialist/provider.
Phone Number (required)
Gender (optional)
Description: Information about you that will assist members in deciding whether you are the right fit for them or simply your title (ex: Massage Therapist, Esthetician, etc.)
Active Start Date: The date you will become active and appear within the spa schedule as available for booking.
Configure active end date? checkbox: Controls whether the spa wants to define a date where the specialist /provider no longer appears on the spa schedule as available for booking. Check this box to set the active end date. Leave this box unchecked if the specialist /provider is to remain on the spa schedule indefinitely for booking.
Active End Date: The date the specialist /provider is no longer available for booking.

If you are a provider specialist and cannot see all of the fields outlined, your administrator likely has that field locked from view in the Provider Specialist Controls.
