Accessing the Tool

You can access the App Stats page under the Admin Dashboard and selecting Communication>Mobile App Admin. It is used by website admin to track member login and app access data.

General Information

Under the Mobile App Admin Dashboard, you will have the following options:

  • Date Picker – use this to select the date range you would like to generate a report for

  • Reports

    • Total Logins – states the total number of logins within a given date range

    • Tee Times Made – states the number of Tee Times reserved within a given date range

    • Total Members – states the total number of members with login credentials to the app

    • Active Users – states the number of active users on the app within a given date range

  • Member Search – find a specific member by using the scroll bar or typing their name in the Search Members field. This will give you access to that member’s login frequency and Tee Times access.

Reading the Total Logins Report

The Total Logins report provides details on the number of logins on the mobile app within a given date range. It also breaks down the type of login down based on the following mobile device types:

  • Android

  • iOS

Reading the Tee Times Made Report

The Tee Times Made report provides the total number of Tee Times reservations made. It also breaks down the number of reservations based on the following reservation typesmethods:

  • Mobile

  • Desktop

Reading the Total Members Report

The Total Members report provides the total number of members with access to the mobile app. It also breaks down the number of logins on to the app based on the following data:

  • No Login

  • Unique Logins

Reading the Active Users Report

The Total Active Users report provides the total number of users on the app. It also breaks down the activity level of the users based on the following data:

  • Unique Logins - this refers to the unique IP addresses being used to login during the given range (there maybe more than one unique login per member)

  • Active Users - this refers to the individual member logging into the mobile app during the given range
