Overview

This guide will demonstrate the steps to uninstall Citrix Workspace App on your workspace.

Required Permissions

  • An account from Citrix.com (optional)

  • Admin access to remove software from device

Accessing the Tool

  1. If you have a Citrix

account, navigate to https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX137494 from any web browsers and download the Receiver Clean-up Utility.

  • Extract the zip and run the “ReceiverCleanupUtility.exe’ as an administrator.

  • A command prompt screen will appear. Press any key to continue.

  • Once completed, there will be a message, “Finished, Thank you for your support.”

    • Restart the device

    1. installed, access your computer’s Control Panel.

    2. Select Programs and Features.

    3. Locate Citrix Workspace 2203, right click and choose Uninstall.

    4. Follow the prompts to Uninstall Citrix, then restart the computer.
