Overview

The following guide can be used to help explain to your Membership how to update their Member profile photo, manage their groups, change their username and password, and profile view settingsDuring times when you don't get to see your Members face to face, Admins need Member communication preferences and information to be up to date on the website more than ever. Admins can send out an email, or use a first impression page to encourage Members to update their profile in the site directory. The following guide includes tips that you, the club admin, can use in communication to your Members, to help them through this process.

  • For effective communication with your Members, you need up to date Member Profile information. Especially important when you cannot see your members face-to-face. Admins can send out a reminder email, based on a Static Group, instructing Members to update their profile on the website and send along any of the following information if a Member needs help with the process.
