You can define the party sizes that are available using the checkboxes to the right. Unchecked party sizes will not be available when booking. Five is the largest possible party size for a single reservation in the Tee time Time system.

 

You can now move to more event settings located beneath the type of event box.

 You will determine more event settings for the event by using the following tabs:

    • Availability
    • Color



These settings The two tabs will allow you to determine when the event takes place, the time of your even and when reservations will open for the event, and even set an event color to display on the Tee Times Calendar.

Beneath the Play tab you can set up various settings for booking privileges, starting times, assignments, waitlist. This is the master list for the rest of the tabs that will follow.

Next, click up and close for members.

Click on the Time tab to set up when the first start will begin and when the last start will begin.


Using the time pickers, you can choose a timeYou can click on the clock icons to choose a time. Only 30 minute intervals will display there but you are also free to type out a more specific time in the First and Last Start fields. If you type out a time please note that it will read it as military time if no AM or PM is listed.


UnderThe Pre & Post Event Blocks , you may setting allows you to block offthe Tee Times Calendar so individual reservations cannot be made before or  times surrounding the event. This allows for a buffer to allow for ample time before and after the event. This allows for a buffer for set-up and clean-up for the eventsetting can adversely affect registration for nearby events, always ensure that the times listed here do not overlap a nearby event. Also note that the Pre-Block must be at the first event time or earlier and the Post-Block must be at the last event time or later.


Determine when you will begin accepting reservations for the events and when reservations will end via the Availability tab.

Follow the same for when reservations will end, or click Rolling End to set the reservations to end at a determined number of hours prior to the event.

Lastly, click on the color tab to choose a color for the event that will display on the Tee Times Calendar.
