Interactive Reports gives you the ability to filter, sort, and group the data using criteria. The available criteria are specific to the information the report contains. The report functions give you the ability to customize date settings, save criteria settings, delete saved reports, and schedule an email delivery. In this section you will learn how to use the criteria and report functionality.
Click on the Interactive Reports Icon from the left menu bar.
On the Report Overview page, there is a list of reporting categories to choose from, or the User can search for a topic in the top search bar. It is best to keep the topic as broad as possible. If the club wants to see POS sales search for sale.
Member Payment Activity
Details Member payment history within a given time range. Can filter by Groups, Types, and CR (Cash Receipt) Types. Can select what A/R Ledger account to view payments into. Can search for a specific Member. Option to Exclude Guest Member.
To run Member Payment Activity, select the report from the Membership Dropdown,
Set the Date Range.
Choose the Group/s.
Select the Member if running for a single member.
Select the Type/s.
Set the Detail Level.
Choose the Account.
Choose the CR Types.
Select View Report.
In this example we ran the report for one week with a detail level of Payment so that the report ran fully expanded. We see the Member Number, Member Name and the Check Date with the Posted Date, and the Amount of each payment with a total line.
Member Phone List
Provides a list of Member phone numbers with the ability to filter by Member Type, Member Group, and Member Status. Can select a Phone Type. Can group by none or member group. Option to Exclude Guest Member.
To run Member Phone List, select the report from the Membership Dropdown,
Select the Phone Types.
Choose the Member Type/s.
Choose Member Statuses.
Set the Grouping.
Choose the Member Group/s.
Select View Report.
In this example we ran the report with a Phone Type of Mobile and Member Status of Active. We see the Member, Phone Number, Type, and Note if there are any.
Member Roster Export
An export of member profile data provided in a single line/row with the ability to filter by Member Types, Member Groups, Member Statuses, Member Fields, Custom Fields, Address Categories, and Notification Types. Can select member fields, address fields, email fields, and phone fields to include in the export file. Option to Exclude Guest Member.
To run Member Roster Export, select the report from the Membership Dropdown,
Select the Member Type/s.
Choose the Member Fields.
Choose the Address Categories.
Select the Email Fields.
Choose the Member Groups.
Select any Custom Fields to display.
Select the Address Fields.
Select the Phone Fields.
Choose the Member Statuses.
Select the Notification Type.
Select View Report.
In this example we ran the report to include all fields. As seen in the image, you will need to scroll to the right to see the rest of the fields. The selectors on this report are mainly used to determine the columns that the report will produce for export.
