Accessing the Tool

Interactive Reports gives you the ability to filter, sort, and group the data using criteria. The available criteria are specific to the information the report contains. The report functions give you the ability to customize date settings, save criteria settings, delete saved reports, and schedule an email delivery. In this section you will learn how to use the criteria and report functionality.

  1. Click on the Interactive Reports Icon from the left menu bar. 

  2. On the Report Overview page, there is a list of reporting categories to choose from, or the User can search for a topic in the top search bar. It is best to keep the topic as broad as possible. If the club wants to see POS sales search for sale.

Vendor Address Labels

Prepares the Vendors Addresses to be printed on Avery Labels based on a Payment Date Range. Filter by Vendor Status, Vendor Category, and Vendor. Can select a Minimum Payment amount. Choose the fields to print. Option to Sort by Vendor Name, Account Number, Zip Code, or Payment/Amount.

To run Vendor Address Labels, select the report from the Vendor Dropdown,

  1. Set the Payment Start and End Dates.

  2. Choose the Vendor Statuses.

  3. Select the Vendor/s.

  4. Choose the Fields to display.

  5. Choose the Vendor Categories.

  6. Set Minimum Payment Amount if one is needed.

  7. Set the Sort By.

  8. Select View Report.

In this example we just set the payment dates for one month and was given our list of vendor labels.

Vendor Insurance

Details any Vendor Insurance the club has with vendors based on an expiration date range. Option to Group by Vendor. 

To run Vendor Insurance, select the report from the Vendor Dropdown,

  1. Set the Min Expiration Date of the Insurance.

  2. Set the Max Expiration Date of the Insurance.

  3. Select View Report.

In this example we ran the report for the last 10 years. We see the Vendors, Carrier, Policy Number, Limits, Effective Date, Expiration Date, and any Notes that are set for the Insurance Policy.
