Please Note: Many users are experiencing an error when attempting to login after a recent Windows 10 update on their system. This update has disabled Windows features that our software uses to initiate a connection with CMA.
Please follow the steps below to fix this issue:
- Open up Windows Features (Start → type windows features).
- Click the + next to .net Framework 4.8 Advanced to expand the menu.
- Click the + next to WCF Features to expand the menu.
- Click the checkbox next to HTTP Activation.
- Select OK.
