Enhancements
Modified storage of GHIN handicaps to support members that have a + handicap value
Use Case: Now your absolute best golfers can store their GHIN handicaps.
The Edit Form screen has been updated and now allows you to edit most form settings, so that you no longer have to reach out to support for those changes
Use Case: You now have control over many of your forms options. You now have the power to update Submission Emails, Header and Footer HTML and much more. For a comprehensive guide, please visit the Form Base page on the Client Resource Center.
Added new option for Arizona time zone
Use Case: Clubs within Arizona will no longer need to toggle between Pacific and Mountain time during Daylight Savings Time.
Added a new option in Events for automating the event wait list. If a wait list is enabled, a new checkbox for “Enable Wait List Automation” will appear. This will automatically move members from the waitlist to active if space is available.
Use Case: Manual updating of the waitlist is no longer required however this new feature is completely optional. The order that members will be added to the active list from the waitlist is first come first serve so it will add members in the order they signed up for the event. It will wait to fill spots to match the party size of whichever party is first in line. For example if a Party of 2 cancels and next in line is party of 4, the system will not fill those spots until two more open up. During this time, the waitlist can be updated manually if you don’t want to wait for those spots to open up. Please visit our Calendar & Event Manager guide for more details.

Fixed an issue that prevented scheduled dining notifications (planned notifications that send to a user before or after their dining reservation) from sending as expected
