Note: If your Spa is utilizing categories, the services will be grouped by category. Clicking Select All next to the category name will automatically select all the services within that category.
To include Additional Prep Time and/or Additional Cleanup Time for a category of services, hover over the box then use the up and down arrows to select the number of minutes needed for each.
Duration is in minutes. Options are 5 to 30 in 5 minute increments.
The Additional Prep Time and/or Additional Cleanup Time is applied to all services within the Category. If Categories are not being utilized, the Additional Prep Time and Additional Cleanup Time is applied to all services.
Each service has a default Prep and Cleanup time set by the Spa Admin. When you modify the Prep and Cleanup time in the Specialist Profile, you are adding additional prep and cleanup time to what is included with the service settings.
Example: If a Massage defaults to 5 minute prep time, but you need an additional 10 minutes of prep time, then enter 10 in the Additional Prep Time as shownhere. This will result in the system applying a 15 minute buffer before your Deep Tissue Massage appointments.

Your dashboard may use a different term than 'specialist.' This is because the Core Administrators (Clubessential Admin) are able to customize the terminology to fit your club. If you see a different term, please know that all the functionality will remain the same.
If you are a specialist and cannot see all of the fields outlined, your administrator likely has that field locked from view in the Specialist Controls.
If your Spa Admin has not set up any services for your spa, there will not be any services to select. You will need to contact your Spa Admin to set up the Associations.
