Step 1: Create Report.

  • In the CMA, you will need to go to the Interactive Reports module and open the ‘Delinquent Members’ report. Next you will want toedit the ‘As Of Date’ to update based on when the report is accessed. Most clubs will set the ‘As Of Date’ to Current Day.

  • You will then need to select the Periods you wish to be listed in the report.

    • Note that 30+ is equal to the previous month in the CMA software. That means, in October, any member who only has a balance in the one month or 30 day column has yet to pay their balance for September. Most clubs would not consider these members to be delinquent, so they do not include the ‘30+’ in their report.

  • Once you have the report set-up the way you would like, you will need to select “Save Current Settings

Step 4: Composing an Email:

It is important to note that even though these are DYNAMIC groups in the CMA, they will sync to the website as a STATIC group. This is because the rules for these groups are in the CMA, so the groups dynamically update in the CMA. When then group is synced over, the CMA is telling the website which members go into that group based on the rules in the CMA, making this a fixed group on the website.

Step 5: Scheduling Email:

Whoever schedules the email on the website will be the profile that the email will be sent from. You will want to make sure you are using the proper profile as you can only edit the email as the account the created it as well.
