Overview

The Provider Profile allows providers to independently configure when booking availability opens and closes for appointments to be made.

Accessing the Tool

Access the Provider Profile under Provider Setup from within the Admin Dashboard.

Provider Profile - Booking

Within the Provider Profile, the provider can use the booking availability tool (if enabled by the Spa Admin) to specify how far in advance booking opens and closes prior to an appointment date.

  • Open Time Period and Open Duration: Enter the time you want bookings to open prior to an appointment.  Example: Booking Opens 30 days prior to appointment. 

    • Durations can be set in minutes, hours, days, weeks and months.

    • Note: these settings will impact both admin and member booking when enabled.

  • Close Time Period and Close Duration: Enter the window of time you want booking to close in relation to the appointment time slot. Example: Booking closes 4 hours prior to the appointment. 

    • Durations can be set in minutes, hours, days, weeks and months.

    • Note: these settings will impact both admin and member booking when enabled.

Best Practices

  1. When updating the booking availability, you will not be able to make changes to your schedule if the changes conflict with any currently existing appointments.

  2. When changing the duration of a service, if there is already an appointment booked at the previous duration of service, you will not be able to change the duration.

  1. If you are a provider and cannot see all of the fields outlined, your administrator likely has that field locked from view in the Provider Controls.
